Mallory Donaldson, Empower Women, YWCA USA

Mallory Donaldson has over 15 years of experience serving the community in the Columbus area. Growing up in the eye of social impact, her commitment to compassionate actions and paying forward motivate her personally and professionally daily.

Mallory has served as Executive Director of Operations for the Archie and Bonita Griffin Foundation Fund since 2014, is a former board member for YWCA Columbus and the Archie Griffin Scholarship Fund, serves on the Resource Development Committee for CelebrateOne, a recipient of Columbus CEO Magazine’s Future 50 Class of 2021, Columbus Urban League’s HERstory, and a recent graduate of the African American Leadership Academy. In addition, she has certifications in grant writing and non-profit management from the University of Houston, and The Ohio State University.

Ms. Donaldson has raised over $3 Million dollars for nonprofits and foundations, experienced fundraising for political campaigns, served and chaired the development committee for YWCA Columbus for the past 8 years, is the current marketing and communications committee chair, and serves on the nominating committee. She had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most dynamic leaders and mentors in Columbus such as former Mayor Michael B. Coleman, Archie Griffin, Kenny McDonald, Joanna Pinkerton, E. Gordon Gee, and Ohio Supreme Court Justice Jennifer Brunner.

Ms. Donaldson is currently the Chief Program Officer of Advocacy, Public Policy, and Information at The Center for Healthy Families. Her primary focus is advocating for teen and pregnant parenting youth, Black girls, and young women. Mallory is also the founder and CEO of Eliza Consulting specializing in managing nonprofit and foundation needs. Eliza Consulting helps create strategies to build, maintain, and expand your impact, with a focus on female-led organizations that serve young women of color. Mallory also co-founded and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) business focusing on leveling the playing field for underrepresented collegiate athletes and bringing equity to NIL.
