RAGS Wearable Art Sale and Juried Gallery
RAGS is a juried wearable art competition and sale that benefits the YWCA’s domestic violence prevention and intervention programs. Produced entirely by volunteers, sponsors, and underwriting donations, RAGS offers guests an opportunity to view and acquire fabulous wearable art and accessories created by artisans from across the country. A portion of all sales help the YWCA keep abused women and children safe, healthy, and self-sufficient. In 2009, RAGS raised $80,000 for the YWCA!
Mark your calendars! The 2010 RAGS Wearable Art Show will kickoff with the Gala event on March 11, 2010 and run March 12-14, 2010. The ticketed Gala Event on Thursday, March 12, 2010, provides an opportunity to preview the sale, make purchases early, and enjoy great food, wine, and company. The RAGS Wearable Art Show running Friday, March 12th through Sunday, March 14th, 2010 is open to the public.
