  Development & Volunteer Coordinator 
YWCA Madison is seeking candidates for a Development & Volunteer Coordinator.
The Development & Volunteer Coordinator is a key member of the Development and Marketing Department at YWCA Madison. This role supports our culture of philanthropy through volunteer management, strong data management, attention to detail and timely follow up.
The key responsibilities of the Development & Volunteer Coordinator include database management, event registration and logistics coordination and volunteer tracking with the goal of creating lasting relationships with donors and volunteers.
This is a full-time, hourly position. We offer an excellent benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have Associateís degree or one to two years related experience and/or training. Bachelorís Degree preferred. Preferred skills and abilities include: Donor Management Software expertise, preferably Raiserís Edge, Blackbaud Kintera Sphere and Content Management System, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills and highly detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
