It strives to uphold the values of eliminating racism and empowering parents to help their children grow and learn physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually at each child's individual pace. The program provides opportunities to make choices and develop independence and positive self-esteem. It encourages each child to be creative and solve problems with guidance as needed.
