InterPlay®
A perfect antidote to stress and cynicism, InterPlay is devoted to fun. Based in a series of incremental “forms,” participants are led into movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement as each introduces playfulness into their movements. Unlock the wisdom of your body and the wisdom in your community. Participants don’t have to be creative, but it helps for those willing to be positive and look for the good in life.
Movement and Dance
Led by members of the local Even Exchange Dance Theatre in Raleigh, our Movement and Dance program helps you find ease in your body and fun with dance through a series of classes geared specifically for older adults. Participants also offer the dance troupe input, experiment with ideas, and occasionally perform with them in various settings.
