Women In Connection

We’re establishing a new approach to leadership development in collaboration with Meredith College. Our Women In Connection program is based on the principles that growth occurs in connection, and that growth-fostering relationships are created through mutual empathy and mutual empowerment.

Women participate in this series by exploring their inner passion for connectedness, rather than competition. The first of its kind in our community, this program gives women the opportunity to grow through connection as they develop clarity about themselves and others without judgment. It also explores the negative impact of disconnection so common in today’s society and examines the importance of difference as it informs the imbalance of power and privilege.
