YWCA Aurora Offers Waived Fees for Child and Youth Programs
The YWCA Aurora, in recognition of the difficult times families are encountering, is waiving registration and membership fees for new enrollment for their Before and After School Programs and Licensed Child Development Center program. This discount is in addition to the standard affordable sliding scale program fees already in place.
The YWCA Aurora provides high quality, Off-site After School programs at both East and West Aurora District elementary schools. The program is available Monday - Friday, 2 PM – 6 PM, on days school is in session. The program provides a safe, convenient place for children in grades K-5 to experience social interaction, receive a nutritious snack and gain access to further success in education.
The YWCA Aurora’s Early Learning Center offers an affordable and comprehensive learning program for children ages 2 – 5 years old. Daily curriculum focuses on age appropriate developmental activities aimed at preparing children to be school-ready, activities also include literacy, art, large and small motor play, multi-cultural music, social interaction, nutritious meals and more. The YWCA Aurora’s Early Learning Center is located centrally in downtown Aurora at 201 N. River St. Hours are 6 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Friday.
