Welcome to the YWCA Quincy. We provide a variety of programs to fulfill our mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.
We help more homeless women and children than any other organization in the Quincy community. Our Supportive Housing Program is creating real solutions to the problem of homelessness in our community.
This past year we have helped 30 mothers and 67 children along the pathway out of poverty. We currently have 16 mothers actively working on their plan for increasing their financial self-sufficiency and building independent living skills.
We also support programs such as the Many Voices, One Goal Study Circle Program to address the issue of racism and facilitate understanding within our community.
But we do need your help. Operational costs rise each year, and at the same time the need for these important community projects continues to grow.
