College Access Program
The Lima/Allen County College Access Program has a resource center in the YWCA Memorial Room with advisors available the first Wednesday of each month from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. This free service provides resources and materials on colleges, careers, financial aid and ACT preparation. The Lima/Allen County College Access Program's mission is to assist residents of Lima and Allen county in pursuing an education after high school. Pickleball is a sport described as “a combination of ping-pong, tennis, and badminton”, played in schools, parks and recreation centers, correctional facilities, camps, and retirement communities since 1965. It uses a simplified combination of tennis rules and strategies. Equipment provided: paddles, court and wiffle balls.
