The YWCA's annual Leader Lunch program recognizes outstanding women in the St. Louis community on several different levels and in several different ways.

At Leader Lunch, held in December every year, the YWCA recognizes 8 - 10 Leaders of Distinction, women who have made extraordinary contributions to their organizations, the community and other women.  We also honor a Racial Justice Leader and a Future Leader, an area high school senior.

Leaders in the Workplace is a related program that St. Louis area companies or organizations can use to recognize, motivate and cultivate their outstanding women employees.
