The YWCA's annual Leader Lunch program recognizes outstanding women in the St. Louis community on several different levels and in several different ways.

 At the 2011 Leader Lunch, the YWCA recognized 8 Leaders of Distinction, women who have made extraordinary contributions to their organizations, the community and other women.  We also honored a Racial Justice Leader, a Lifetime Achievement Awardee and a Future Leader, an area high school senior.

Leaders in the Workplace is a related program that St. Louis area companies or organizations use to recognize, motivate and cultivate their outstanding women employees
