In response to requests from the Cleveland community, the YWCA Greater Cleveland launched the YWCA Women's Leadership Initiative. This program includes several different options which are specifically designed to help ambitious, professional women develop skills necessary to advance their careers - in heels as we like to say!

Workshop Series
September through June, the YWCA offers a series of workshop which feature experts and executive-level women sharing their knowledge on a range of topics that give women the tools they need to succeed.  Learn how to communicate more effectively, make decisions more strategically, lead high-functioning teams, and make your contributions visible and valued within your organization.  The workshops are designed so that you can attend the ones that are most relevant to you or participate in the entire series.

All workshops are $35 and include breakfast or lunch. Or register for the entire series at a discount for $300.
Workshops are held at the YWCA Women’s Center.
 

ywca women's leadership conference
Offered once each year, this day-long conference features national keynote speakers, interactive break-out sessions, networking opportunities and much more.  Women who attend this conference will gain a competitive advantage for your career advancement.

boot camp & momentum alumnae association
As alumnae of the YWCA Boot Camp & Momentum programs, we will provide an environment that fosters continuing professional and personal development, enhances the building of relationships among members, and offers opportunities to support the ongoing mission and values of the YWCA.
