Studies show that interviewers form an impression about prospective employees within the first 30 seconds of meeting them.

Dress for Success® Honolulu (DFSH) provides career attire to low-income women to help them present a professional appearance at job interviews. Clients are 'suited' by volunteer 'Personal Shoppers,' at the YWCA’s Dress for Success® Honolulu in Laniākea YWCA.

"It's important to be prepared when you're looking for work, especially in these tough economic times." Molly Noble is the YWCA of Oahu's Dress for Success program coordinator. Terina "Tina" Mai Hoke is a past participant of the program. She is currently a customer service representative for United Airlines.

YWCA of Oahu's Dress for Success is a program that helps low-income women dress professionally for job interviews. Clients are 'suited' by volunteer 'Personal Shoppers,' at the YWCA's Dress for Success® Honolulu Laniakea location.
