        YWCA Rich Woman Club
Game On!

Through playing CASHFLOW, not only have I increased my knowledge of how money works in the world, but I have changed my belief in my ability to increase wealth without having to work so hard.  By continuing to play the game each week, it teaches me how I can apply the knowledge to real life experiences.
-- Kristen Gronquist, Member

A YWCA Club for Women
We invite you to join us and meet other like-minded women on their way to a better financial future and participate in the popular CASHFLOW Game created by Kim Kiyosaki (author of
Rich Woman) and Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad Poor Dad).

Every other week, Phyllis Durante leads a discussion of the changing rules of money, facilitates a highly interactive evening of CASHFLOW game play, and leads a women’s learning circle on putting the ideas into action. CASHFLOW is a fun and engaging way to raise your financial IQ and awareness of accounting, finance and investing all at the same time.

Learn and grow
As women we juggle so many competing priorities - and between taking care of our families, ourselves, our careers and our community, feeling economically secure is top of mind. Whether you are learning about money for the first time, or are honing your skills from years of experience, as YWCA members we support and inspire each other in the journey to achieve our financial goals, whatever they may be. The subject of money can be fearful and intimidating – and yet when approached with knowledge and ways to practice the learning in a safe and supportive environment, we gain the confidence to ensure a better future for ourselves and our families.

Knowledge is the new money
The greatest asset you can acquire is knowledge--financial knowledge is what empowers us to make decisions that will improve our money situation. The YWCA Rich Woman Club is about empowerment – and nothing is more empowering than surrounding yourself with independent, like-minded women.

It’s not knowing what to do… it’s doing what you know.
The first step to financial freedom is expanding your context and learning about the new rules of money. Each week we do this in the Rich Woman Club. But the biggest obstacle to creating an improved financial reality isn't NOT knowing what to do; it's the failure to act on what we already know.

Beginning in August, we will put the CASHFLOW ideas into action in our lives through a women’s coaching circle that uses the InsideOut™ Development GROW™ Coaching Process. This simple and proven approach to achieving breakthroughs starts with identifying where you want to go and then helps you eliminate what’s standing in the way of achieving your goals.

Engage with women just like you. Learn from women who’ve been there. Share triumphs and propel each other forward to overcome challenges, as we each take charge of our money, and take charge of our lives.

Rich Woman Club Leader
Phyllis Durante will lead the Rich Woman Club

Phyllis Durante is one of the leaders of the Leeward CASHFLOW Club.  She started playing CASHFLOW with Lee Ann and Javier Del Carpio at their home in 2008.  It was a life changing experience for Phyllis and before she knew it, she was being trained as a club leader by Lee Ann and Javier.  Her training continued with Robert Kiyosaki, Blair Singer and Ron Salvador in Phoenix, AZ.  Phyllis has also attended other trainings by Robert Kiyosaki and his power team advisors.

Her background is in Social Services and Real Estate.  Phyllis was a community builder for the Family Center at Kuhio Park Terrace, a Parents and Children Together program.  She is now a Realtor Associate with iProperties Hawaii, formerly known as Abe Lee Realty. Phyllis and her husband have a few real estate investments and also invest in gas and oil.

What she loves about the CASHFLOW game is its challenge. Phyllis says, “It is fun and educational.  It has broadened my understanding of finance and investment.  It has opened the door to a world I didn’t know existed.  It has presented me a new way of life and personal growth opportunity.  The best part is I learn through self realization every time I play.”

Phyllis will be training with Lee Ann Del Carpio on what she has implemented in the Rich Woman Club and to carry on with the club’s success.  “I look forward to meeting all of the current members and invite new members to play and continue the journey,” Phyllis adds.

Did You Know?
Because the statistics about women and money are concerning, we want to empower more women to win financial independence through financial education.

Did you know 58% of female baby boomers have less than $10,000 in retirement?

Did you also know that 3 out of 4 elderly living in poverty are women?
