Supporting the YWCA and its programs

September 20, 2009

Who: This event is open to all individuals ages 3 years to 60+.who enjoy having fun and engaging in a healthy and wholesome activity with our children.

When: Sunday September 20, at 1:00pm.

Where: The races will be held on High street between seventh and ninth streets.

Why: All proceeds from the event will support the programs and services of the YWCA of Greater Des Moines. The children residing at the YWCA will recieve bikes and trikes from the Variety Club of Central Iowa.  The Bicycle Collective will be supplying the YWCA resident children with helmets.

Please bring your own helmets and trikes. However a limited number of trikes will be available to use for the events.

A fun and healthy event for the whole family to enjoy!

Packets may be picked up on September 18, 2009 - 4:30 - 6:30 pm at the YWCA or at noon on September 20
