    The Crisis Line Advocate is responsible for assisting in carrying out the mission and goals of the YWCA Monterey County’s 24-Hour Crisis Line by providing high quality support, information and referral to survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, as well as work closely with social service providers, medical personnel, law enforcement, and other community-based organizations and agencies.

  • Human Trafficking Case Manager
    The Human Trafficking Case Manager is responsible for providing services to survivors of human trafficking and performing related work as required including direct case management, advocacy, assessment, crisis intervention, outreach and intake for survivors seeking services and shelter, resource and referrals to community agencies and organizations, responding to the crisis hotline during business hours and taking call after hours; coordinator and collaboration with other outside organizations and programs to meet client needs (including law enforcement, medical providers, schools, and social services), completes accurate reports and keeps confidential case records, and represents the YWCA at community events and meetings.
