- free bus passes for work and school
- assistance with finding a job
- access and opportunities for college or vocational training

Applicants must be...
- female
- 18-21 years of age
- employable
- free of illegal drugs
- motivated to become independent!
Participants must...
- work & attend school or vocational training
- remain drug-free
- pay $30.00 per week
