teen mentoring

The teen mentoring program focuses on assisting teen women who are at risk of not completing high school.

The purpose of the program is to break the cycle of poverty for women and their families, through the accomplishment of employment, educational, and personal goals.  Mentors are required to complete a formal training process that includes information on goal setting and available community resources.  All goal setting occurs within an efficient, volunteer-centered service delivery model, with employed staff providing essential support to mentees and mentors.
