Facility Rentals

Groups or individuals may rent the YWCA gym, kitchen and meeting rooms. Call Kim Sumner at 765-742-0075.

Non-profit Organizations
Non-profit organizations receive a 10% discount on the above rates. Proof of status, such as a 501(c)(3) letter, is required.
Additional Fees
A $250 deposit is required for all rentals that occur after the YWCA normal business hours, and $150 of that deposit is non-refundable. $100 will be returned if the room is left reasonably cleaned and undamaged.
For events with alcohol, there is a $500 deposit required, and $250 of that deposit is non-refundable.
After-hours and/or large groups (30 or more people) will require additional staff at a cost of $15 per staff person per hour, with no discount offered.
