alternatives to domestic violence

The Alternatives to Domestic Violence Program (ADVP) is the only state recognized domestic violence service program in Spokane County.  Our comprehensive program supports and advocates for victims who are experiencing abuse and violence in their relationships.  This program provides a confidential safe shelter for women and children, transitional housing for 20 families, individual and group counseling, legal representation and advocacy, and a 24-hour help line: 326-CALL (326-2255).  We provide outreach education to schools, churches, civic groups, government agencies and other community-based services as part of our mission to create social change.
