Health promotion activities help adults stay in shape, recover from illness or injury, and build camradarie in a low-pressure, relaxed atmosphere.

Land Fitness Classes - low impact aerobics for women over 50 and total body workouts for all.

Aquatic Fitness and Swimming - total-body toning, water aerobics, arthritis aquatics, water walking or running, lap swimming, and lessons for adults.

Aquatic Therapy

  • the only multiple temperature, therapeutic pool of its kind in the state
  • features a rectangular warm water exercise pool
  • oval track of cooler water with an adjustable current for lap swimming and water walking or running
  • two smaller exercise pockets
  • ramp provides easy access for those of all physical abilities
  • warm water exercise increases physical abilities, lowers stress to joints and heart, improves blood flow and strengthens muscles more effectively
