June 6th is NATIONAL WOMEN'S CONFIDENCE DAY^SM

One year ago, Grammy-winning musician and Oscar-nominated actress, Queen Latifah took her important message about the power of confidence to Capital Hill, participating in the ceremony proclaiming the first Wednesday of every June NATIONAL WOMEN'S CONFIDENCE DAY^SM.  In honor of the second annual NATIONAL WOMEN'S CONFIDENCE DAY^SM, YWCA USA and the CURVATION^® brand have partnered to create the PROJECT CONFIDENCE^SM Outreach Program - a program multi-faceted nationwide women's confidence-building curriculum designed to give women the tools and information they need to build their confidence, achieve their dreams and enrich their communities. Over a nine-month period beginning in June 2007, monthly workshops on a variety of topics will be   piloted at six YWCA local associations. For helpful tips from the PROJECT CONFIDENCE^SM Outreach Program about building confidence in areas ranging from style and health to career, personal finance and diversity, click here.
