For more than 90 years, the YWCA Tulsa has worked to empower and unite women of all ages through programs that create self-sufficiency, enrich families and promote racial justice. The YWCA Tulsa is a cornerstone of community life. Last year alone, 25,316 people participated in YWCA programs which include:

- High quality, affordable child care for working families
- Child and youth development programs including after-school care and summer day camps
- Health, wellness and fitness education in workout facilities with accessible pools
- Services designed to help foreign-born people acclimate successfully into our community
- Counseling and support groups for women in transition and crisis
- Programs designed to help senior citizens remain healthy and involved in community life
- Community building programs in east and north Tulsa
