This fun, kid-friendly program is for kids 4 to 12 and includes:
YWZones group exercise classes - Theses classes engage kids in a series of fun yet challenging, activities to get them moving (i.e., dance, relay races, obstacle courses, and more) and are led by energetic instructors with upbeat and motivating music.
YW Fun and Funky, Rhythm & Dance – This rhythm and dance class will keep you moving to music created to provide a dance party atmosphere.
YW Functional Fitness – This dynamic class incorporates wall climbing, exercise balls, bands, and weights to help you increase your coordination, flexibility, and balance.
YW Agility Mobility – This class promotes cardiovascular and muscular speed, strength, agility, power, movement awareness, and endurance.
YW Body Mechanics – This total body conditioning class is designed for resistance, strength, and core training using weights, toning bands, and fitness balls.
Swimming lessons - Infant, beginner, intermediate, and advanced level classes for kids ages 3 months and above. All trainers are certified swim instructors; private lessons available by appointment.
Personal training for kids - Personal training is ideal for weight management, improved health, and/or sports performance enhancement. Certified trainers use specialized weight resistance equipment and age-appropriate exercises to customize a routine that will address you child's needs.
