goal The YWZones are desgined to place a gradually increasing workload on the cardio respiratory system and to thereby attempt to improve its performance. The purpose of this youth fitness is to develop and maintain the cardio respiratory fitness, body composition, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance. Program is for ages 3 to 14 years. how we train FUN! Improve children's academic performance and help them manage stress and daily obstacles in a positive way. All participants are individually assessed for endurance capability. Parents will be given tools and resources to help their child succeed.  Program offers: Group classes, personal training and small group training. Equipment includes: Geo Fitness Learning While Moving, Dance Mat, free weights, bands, physioballs, yoga mats and bands, rhythm sticks and more... description of classes YW Fun and Funky, Rhythm & Dance – Hip Hop, Dance, Jump and Jam with the latest GeoFit Hot Mix music. This rhythm and dance class will keep you moving to music created to provide a dance party atmosphere. YW Functional Fitness – It Rocks…This dynamic class incorporates wall climbing, the physioball, bands, and weights to help you increase your coordination, flexibility and balance. YW Agility Mobility – Get into action and condition your body. This class promotes cardiovascular and muscular speed, strength, agility, power, movement awareness & endurance. YW Body Mechanics – Don’t Sweat It…Challenge yourself with this total body conditioning class. This class is designed for resistance, strength and core training using weights, toning bands and fitness balls. YW Huff, Puff & Fun – This class incorporates Geo Motion Fundamentals with dance hizzy music to wiggle and jiggle. Be safe have fun and get fit.
