The YWCA of Roanoke Valley, located in the heart of downtown Roanoke, has served the community since 1914.  All programs and resources are dedicated to helping women and children who would otherwise go without much needed services.  Our human service programs at  the Roanoke YWCA meet basic community needs by assisting women with safe, secure housing and providing tools to allow clients to attain a better, more stable way of life.

The YWCA of Roanoke Valley has experienced significant growth and change over the past few years.  We encourage you to visit our facility to see first-hand the changes that are underway and the successful programs in progress.  With your support, we look forward to serving the Roanoke community for many years to come.
