Lynn Pouser has been successfully growing her fine jewelry design business, Napolitano Originals since she became a client of YWCA Delaware Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship Program in January of 2007. Since entering into the program Lynn has increased her sales by 50% per year. The entrepreneurship program gave me the confidence and the perspective to think of my business in a more serious way; it is more than a hobby- it is my profession!” says Lynn. Her Jewelry designs can be found at such fine jewelry stores as Albert Franks in Lewes, DE; Forney’s in Dover, DE and Leon’s Garden and Gift Shop on Elkton Road.
Lynn is in the process of building a website in an effort to reach a more global market. Despite Lynn’s proven success, she still turns to the business center for support and motivation.
