by the YWCA of the USA in 1995. Each year the YWCA Delaware engages in public education
and outreach efforts to mobilize the community around violence issues.

Financial education and matched savings program to help women build assets including
homeownership, education, or business ownership.

Series of group dialogue sessions to foster a greater understanding of the nature and
extent of racism.
Youth Programs
Building Bridges to the Future
A year long program for teens entering 10th, 11th and 12th grades, teaching the importance
of understanding and respecting each other.
Tech Gyrls®
The TechGYRLS® program is intended to broaden girls' knowledge and interest in technology fields and help them develop the confidence to use technology, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
