To fill a room with 1,250 women, we recruit table captains. Table captains commit to filling a table of ten. Each of the guests agrees to a minimum $100 pledge to the YWCA. Through these individual efforts, combined with sponsorship dollars, we hope to raise more than $140,000 over one lunch hour!
Please become a table captain at this year's event. We promise you and your nine guests a memorable program and a rewarding experience. At the conclusion of the luncheon, your guests will be asked to make a pledge of at least $100 to the YWCA. Contributions may be paid by check, credit card, or quarterly billings.
If you would like to join the ranks of the Circle of Women table captains, please register online or contact Shannon Tervo at 257-1436.
Once you're on board, you'll receive a letter of confirmation in the mail. In the first week of January, you will be sent a Circle of Women 2010 table captain's packet, complete with invitations for you to personalize and detailed instructions.
