members of our community.
There are many tax-advantaged ways
to meet the changing needs of women, children, and families while meeting your
own financial and philanthropic goals.

Honor a Special Woman: Tributes & the YWCA Indianapolis
are all around us. They can be a mother, a step-mom, an expectant mother, a
grandmother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a co-worker, a teacher, a neighbor,
a partner, a mentor, or a friend. Someone who has taught you, been there for
you, and loved you. "Honor a Special Woman" enables you to pay
tribute to the special women who have played an important role in your life
while helping others.
To make a donation to honor or
memorialize a woman who has been special to you, you can use the secure
donation form and check the box for Honor a Special Woman. No amount is too
small or too large to say "Thank you!" The YWCA Indianapolis will
send a letter to the woman or women you are honoring telling them you have
recognized them by supporting the programs and services provided by the YWCA
Indianapolis. If this is a memorial tribute, a letter will be sent to the
family if you so desire. Their names will be added to those honored previously
with a listing on our website. In addition, depending on your giving level,
your honoree will receive a framed certificate of appreciation as a keepsake of

beneficial way to support the YWCA Indianapolis making a larger gift possible
for our organization and greater tax benefits for the donor. The YWCA
encourages all donors to consult with their tax advisors before making a gift.
