Director of Capacity Building, Member Services
As a director of capacity building at YWCA USA, Elizabeth Pierre partners with local associations to successfully navigate moments of change and growth. Previously, she worked with YWCA at the local level as the Outreach and Education Coordinator for the Breast Cancer Resource Center at the YWCA Princeton, and served as the Co-President of their NEXTGEN Board. Elizabeth is an international project management professional with expertise in global health service delivery, and she trains professionals on the major concepts and skills in delivering value-based health care in context.
Elizabeth has a passion for youth engagement and women’s empowerment work. She works with several international organizations to amplify the voices of young women of color in conflict and disaster areas, particularly in her home country Haiti. She holds a Masters in Public Health from Drexel University.
