Lisa Frederick

As grants manager at YWCA USA, Lisa Frederick’s role is to support and advance YWCA initiatives by identifying, obtaining, and administering corporate, foundation, and government funding. Prior to joining YWCA USA, Lisa most recently served as chief of staff to a Massachusetts state senator, overseeing both the legislative and district offices. Her career has primarily focused in the non-profit and service fields. As the program team leader at the Massachusetts Service Alliance, the state commission on service and volunteerism, she administered over $10 million annually in AmeriCorps grants. Lisa also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali, West Africa, where she worked at a local health center to improve basic health practices.
