Erika is the owner and CEO of Emcconduit Consulting, LLC, a practice where she advises and builds growth and impact strategies for companies and prominent individuals. She most recently served as the Chief Impact Officer at Centene Corporation, a Fortune 25 $140+ Billion health care enterprise, the largest managed care company in the United States insuring over 26 million Americans, where she focused on growth across all products and market lines. As a respected C-suite leader in the business, she also served as the Centene’s second Chief Diversity Officer, where she successfully led DEI integration as a strategic business driver across the global enterprise, garnering company recognition as a Best Place to Work by Forbes, Newsweek, and more.

Erika previously served as President and CEO of the Urban League of Louisiana, where she led its expansion to a statewide entity, distinguishing it among the network of affiliates around the country. Erika also served as Chief Operating Officer of the YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester, New York. Earlier in her career, Erika was a corporate litigation attorney with Frilot, Partridge LLC, and has a media background in corporate communications with MTV Networks – Nickelodeon and VH1 in New York.
