Tonya Quarles

Tonya Quarles has spent more than 23 years in the technology industry and her most recent role is the Vice President of Gulf Coast Valley Central Sales team.  The team is made up of more than 250 Sales Leaders and Account Executive professionals who are responsible for selling Dell’s entire portfolio of products to our largest Corporate, Public & Healthcare customers.  Her prior role was Vice President of the Workforce Solutions Group.  WSG enables Dell Technologies’ largest customers in North America to create a modern client experience in this new work/learn from anywhere environment.  A strong and passionate leader, Tonya is committed to leading with a winning culture and has a proven ability to build, develop, and manage high performing teams that consistently delivered on financial goals.  She has led teams in the both the corporate and public segments at Dell, bringing the breadth of the Dell Technologies portfolio to customers.    

Previously, Tonya served as the Chief of Staff to Jeff Clarke (Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Operating Officer) and Chuck Whitten (Co-Chief Operating Officer).  Supporting two members of Dell Technologies executive leadership team provided Tonya with an intimate view of the company’s day-to-day business operations and the shaping of the strategic agenda, and the execution of priorities across business units, as well as procurement and supply chain.    

Tonya is a member of WISE, a Women’s Professional Leadership group, Exec Board Member of BNA, a minority Leadership group, and Exec Board for Jack and Jill of America of Williamson County, an organization of mothers dedicated to nurturing future African-American leaders.  She also is on the board of Ascend Federal Credit Union and was selected for the Diversity Woman Magazine annual Elite 100 List Class of 2023 where she will be highlighted in the magazine’s Winter 2024 issue. She is active in her community, supporting the Susan B Komen Race and many other charities.  

Tonya holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and The University of Phoenix, respectively. She lives in Brentwood, TN with her devoted husband and their two adorable children.
