Tonya Quarles

Vice President of Central Southeast Sales, Dell Technologies

Tonya Quarles is a transformation growth executive with more than two decades of experience leading large-scale commercial performance, market expansion, and organizational leadership across the technology sector.

During her career with Dell Technologies, she led multibillion-dollar portfolios, enterprise go-to-market strategy, and organizations of more than 250 professionals serving complex clients across enterprise, healthcare, and public sector markets. Her leadership consistently translated market disruption—including hybrid work, digital modernization, evolving procurement models, and AI adoption—into disciplined execution that increased market share, improved sales productivity, and strengthened organizational performance.

Tonya is particularly recognized for aligning go-to-market strategy to public-sector and healthcare buying environments, where her teams achieved a 90% healthcare contract win rate, 20% year-over-year share-of-wallet growth across key accounts, and 20% productivity gains through organizational design and performance accountability.

She previously held national responsibility for a $5B+ portfolio, where she secured NASPO contracts and led major infrastructure modernization initiatives for organizations including American Airlines, the State of Indiana, and Middle Tennessee State University. In an earlier role leading North America and Canada workstation and solutions sales, she shortened sales cycles by 25% through tighter Salesforce forecasting discipline and increased sales productivity by 10% across a 250-person organization.

Earlier in her career, Tonya served as Global Chief of Staff to Dell’s Co-COOs, Jeff Clarke and Chuck Whitten, where she co-authored Dell’s Business Management System and helped launch Dell Digital, foundational to the company’s AI and digital infrastructure strategy.

Tonya also contributes to governance and community leadership through national nonprofit and financial board service. She is best known for helping organizations translate strategy into measurable growth through commercial discipline, organizational alignment, and leadership through complexity.
